Scope & Deliverables
Services are provided under an agreed statement of work describing scope, schedule, usage, and fees. Changes require written approval.
Payments
Deposits may be required to secure dates. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur fees allowed by law.
Intellectual Property
Unless specified, we license images for defined uses; ownership remains with the studio. Extended or exclusive usage can be arranged.
Cancellations
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are outlined in the project confirmation. Third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
